In order to make your purchase as easy and safe as possible, camel active accepts a variety of payment methods online:

Payment Method
We only accept payment in Malaysia Ringgit. You can make payment via  DuitNow, Credit Card (Visa,Mastercard), FPX, Pace and Atome.

FPX
When you place an order with FPX you will be redirected to your own respective bank website. Then you need to login with your bank username and password in order to proceed the payment. FPX uses highly secured authentication, security credentials and certification standards to ensure security of all transactions.

Credit Card
With our payment provider, Omise. You can also place your order securely and conveniently by credit card (VISA or Mastercard). After entering your credit card data, you will be redirected to a page of your credit card company where you have to confirm your identity with a code (3D-Secure procedure). After successful authentication, the credit card payment will be executed.

Pay via DuitNow
If you choose to pay by DuitNow, the DuitNow will execute the payment process for camel active. Therefore the DuitNow will send you an electronic invoice by e-mail for your purchase within 14 days. You can find further information at www.duitnow.my.


Shipping Conditions

Together with our strong shipping partner, Easy Parcel provide a reliable shipment and short delivery times within Malaysia. The shipping charges will be based on weight and regions that reflecting during final checkout.

Please note that there is no delivery on weekend or public holidays.


Self Pick Up

Please allow 5-7 working days to process the order; we will contact you once the order is ready. You are only allow to pick up your order at Tropicana Garden Mall. No shipping charges for self pick-up.
